This is about a lawsuit that two of Las Vegas' most powerful players never wanted publicized. It involves sacred cows CaesarsPalace and the Fletcher Jones auto dealerships where Patrick Jones occasionally is called a "sales consultant," and his assault on a local Pure Nightclub cocktail waitress who had the misfortune of crossing paths with him during a night in 2009 when he was at the club binge drinking.

Latest lawsuit filed on October 24, 2014 in U.S. Federal Court against Michelle McKenna's initial attorneys who purposefully stalled the case until the Statute of Limitations expired:  http://www.stevemiller4lasvegas.com/MichelleMcKennaFedLawsuit.pdf

Patrick's main defense of his actions that night was that the following Incident Report is "here say," and that he was so intoxicated that he has no recollection of the assault. Note that the Report was generated on 1-08-09, five days following the assault, and that there was no video of the event even though Pure and CaesarsPalace have dozens of video cameras installed throughout the club and hotel. These two important ommissions may indicate that Pure and CaesarsPalace need to improve their security measures.

"...escorted him out of the club by way of the main floor restroom exit." "...once there MR. JONES was released to leave the property..."
